About Us
A Structured, Adaptable and Tailored Approach
There is no universal formula in mediation.
Some situations can be resolved in two hours. Others require time.
Véronique adapts to your pace, your anger and your fatigue. You will never have a solution imposed on you — you choose it.
Her role is to create a neutral space where dialogue can resume and lasting solutions can emerge.

What Distinguishes Her Approach
Her background combines clinical psychology and more than twenty years of experience in human resources. This dual expertise allows her to understand both individual mechanisms and relational dynamics at play in a conflict.
She pays attention to what is openly expressed, as well as to what remains unspoken and still influences the situation.
Each mediation is designed as a unique process, adapted to the people and the context, within a framework based on confidentiality, neutrality and respect.
